Christy Mack tried to stay strong while testifying against her ex-boyfriend, War Machine, over the brutal attack that nearly killed her. However, as details of their troubled relationship were revealed, including plans to get a ‘sex slave,’ she couldn't help but break down in tears on the stand.

In a new interview with Us Weekly, Christy reveals how she is doing following her testimony. She says that she has been receiving a lot of love and support from friends and family – especially her mom.

‘It was really emotional for me when I testified because it wasn’t like something I had ever experienced before,’ explains Christy. ‘I was very emotional at first and then after it happened, I was so angry at him for what he did to me. But I’ve been trying to move on and take things one day at a time.’
