We all know that without the direction of our dreams, we cannot walk on the right path. I am proud to say that there is a bright future in my dream and I won't lose my direction. As I was young, my father asked me: "What kind of person do you want to be in your future?" I said, "I am dreaming to be a scientist to make a difference for the world."
However, as I grew up in high school, everything in my mind was only about getting into a good college. It seemed that I had nothing to do with this world anymore. I found myself deviating from my childhood dream. The brave little boy who dreamed of becoming a seed of the gem flower was lost.
But then, something changed. I realized that my passion for science was still within me, waiting to be nurtured and developed. With the guidance of my mentors, I started to pursue my dream with renewed vigor. I knew that being a scientist was not just a career choice, but a way to contribute to society and make a difference in people's lives.
Today, I stand here as a successful scientist, having made groundbreaking discoveries in the field of biotechnology. But more importantly, I have fulfilled my childhood dream and have become a shining example of what can be achieved when one holds onto their dreams and never gives up.

Was gone and lost myself. I felt so ashamed about that, but something happened that changed my life when I became a staff of GWDC, an oilman. GWDC kindled my dream and from then on, a beauty of a flower is blooming in my heart, and finally, I find myself again. The enterprise gave me life and made me know what responsibility is and what dedication is. I love my enterprise where I achieve my own value by dedicating to her with my youth.
However, I think dedication is also a sight to behold, for the land and growing need of it. The development of enterprise is full of challenges today, only if we were ready with knowledge and experience will tomorrow be webbing us up to taking up the challenges. As the young staff of GWDC, I'm preparing for theingchal1enges. I am a high rig standing in the boundless wilderness, both day and night. It relentless roars, like a beam pump, I am the diesel engine, pushing forward with passion and determination.
