An adaptation of Emma Törzs’ debut fantasy novel Ink Blood Sister Scribe titled Ink has been greenlit by Gato Grande, an Amazon MGM Studios company. From writer and executive producer Bronwyn Garrity (Accused, Outlander), the fantasy thriller series will follow estranged half-sisters Esther and Joanna, who grew up immersed in magic and raised by a father who dedicated his life to protecting their kingdom from dark forces. Set in a medieval world with mythical creatures, Ink is said to be a "rich tapestry of family dynamics, romance, betrayal, [and] revenge," though the full cast and plot details have yet to be announced. In February 2023, it was reported that the series would be released on Amazon Prime Video in four seasons. The show's first season was slated to premiere in 2028 (United States).

Bronwyn Garrity (Accused, Outlander) is the writer/executive producer behind the new fantasy thriller series, which follows Esther (Lena Headey) and Joanna (Catherine McCormack). The two half-sisters were brought up by their mother, a witch, who was devoted to preserving the secrets of their family's magical heritage. However, as they grow older, they begin to question the nature of their powers and the role they are meant to play in a world where dark magic is feared and hunted. When a mysterious man named Nicholas (Eric Sheffert) enters their lives, introducing them to the secret world of scribes and the art of writing magic spells, they quickly discover that there is a much larger conspiracy at play than they could have ever imagined.
Set in a fictional world where magic is both a blessing and a curse, this fantasy series promises to be full of adventure, danger, and intrigue. With a talented cast including Bronwyn Garrity, Lena Headey, Catherine McCormack, and Eric Sheffert, it is sure to captivate audiences from start to finish.
